THE MISSION
Max Cares Foundation, Inc. was established In 2015 and approved as a tax-exempt 501( c )(3) public charity in 2016 furthering the vision of its founder to assist individuals from all walks of life and to improve the communities through charitable giving.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
• To provide financial assistance directly to needy organizations or to other charitable giving non-profits
• To support direct services to individuals through awarding scholarships to qualified individuals pursuing study in the culinary and hospitality industry
